In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context requires otherwise:
By accessing the 123ph7 Platform, creating an Account, or using any service provided through 123ph7.vip, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, all of which are incorporated herein by reference.
If you do not agree with any part of these Terms & Conditions, you must immediately cease use of the Platform and close your Account by contacting our support team.
These Terms & Conditions constitute the entire agreement between you and 123ph7 with respect to your use of the Platform and supersede all prior agreements, representations, warranties, or understandings of any kind between the parties.
3.1 Age Requirement. Access to the 123ph7 Platform is strictly limited to individuals who are at least twenty-one (21) years of age, as required by PAGCOR's licensing conditions and applicable Philippine law. By registering an Account, you represent and warrant that you meet this minimum age requirement.
3.2 Geographic Eligibility. The Platform is operated under a PAGCOR license and is intended for players located in the Philippines. It is your sole responsibility to ensure that online gaming is legal in your jurisdiction prior to using the Platform. Players accessing the Platform from jurisdictions where online gambling is prohibited do so at their own risk.
3.3 One Account Per Person. Each individual may register only one (1) Account on the 123ph7 Platform. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual — whether using different email addresses, mobile numbers, or payment methods — is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of all funds therein.
3.4 Registration Information. When creating an Account, you must provide accurate, current, and complete information as requested. You agree to update your information promptly if any details change. 123ph7 reserves the right to refuse or close any Account where registration information is found to be false, misleading, or incomplete.
4.1 Account Security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your 123ph7 login credentials, including your username, password, and any one-time passwords (OTPs) generated for two-factor authentication. You must not share your login details with any third party under any circumstances.
4.2 Unauthorized Access. You must notify 123ph7 support immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorized use of your Account or any security breach affecting your credentials. 123ph7 shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized access to your Account where you have failed to notify us promptly or where such access results from your failure to maintain credential security.
4.3 KYC Verification. Before processing any withdrawal, 123ph7 is required to verify your identity in accordance with PAGCOR's Anti-Money Laundering compliance obligations. You agree to provide valid government-issued photo identification (PhilSys National ID, UMID, Philippine passport, driver's license, or voter's ID) when requested. Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable period may result in account suspension.
4.4 Account Closure. 123ph7 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or close any Account at any time and without prior notice if we reasonably believe the Account is being used in breach of these Terms & Conditions, for fraudulent purposes, or in a manner that violates any applicable law or PAGCOR regulation. You may voluntarily close your Account at any time by contacting support, subject to any pending withdrawal processing.
5.1 Accepted Payment Methods. 123ph7 supports the following payment methods for deposits and withdrawals: GCash, Maya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, Coins.ph, USDT TRC20, and 7-Eleven over-the-counter. All transactions are processed in Philippine Peso (PHP) unless otherwise stated. Minimum and maximum deposit and withdrawal limits apply per method and may be updated from time to time.
5.2 Deposit Processing. Deposits via GCash and Maya are credited to your Wallet instantly upon successful transaction confirmation. Bank transfer deposits (BPI, BDO, Metrobank) may take one to three business days to clear. Cryptocurrency deposits (USDT TRC20) are credited after the required number of network confirmations.
5.3 Withdrawal Processing. Withdrawal requests are processed subject to completed KYC verification. GCash and Maya withdrawals for verified accounts are typically processed within five to thirty minutes during operational hours. Bank transfer withdrawals may take one to three business days. 123ph7 reserves the right to request additional verification documents before processing any withdrawal.
5.4 Own Funds Only. You may only fund your Account using payment methods registered in your own name. Third-party funding — depositing on behalf of another person or receiving funds from another person's payment account — is strictly prohibited and may result in account suspension and fund forfeiture pending investigation.
6.1 Eligibility. Promotions and bonuses offered by 123ph7 are available to eligible registered players, subject to the specific terms of each promotion. Unless stated otherwise, bonuses are available to Philippine residents with verified accounts who meet the applicable criteria.
6.2 Wagering Requirements. All Bonus Funds are subject to wagering requirements specified in the relevant promotion terms. Wagering requirements must be satisfied using Real Money Funds or Bonus Funds as specified before any bonus-derived winnings may be withdrawn. Failure to meet wagering requirements results in expiry of the bonus and any associated winnings.
6.3 Bonus Abuse. 123ph7 maintains a strict zero-tolerance policy toward bonus abuse. Behaviour deemed abusive includes but is not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim the same bonus, systematic exploitation of bonus terms through low-risk wagering strategies, and coordinating with other players to guarantee bonus conversion. Any player found to have engaged in bonus abuse will have their account suspended and all associated winnings forfeited.
6.4 Promotion Validity. All promotions have defined validity periods. Bonus Funds not used within the stated period will expire automatically. 123ph7 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotion at any time with reasonable notice where feasible.
6.5 VIP Program. Participation in the 123ph7 VIP loyalty program is governed by separate VIP Program Terms that supplement these Terms & Conditions. VIP status and associated benefits are at the sole discretion of 123ph7 and may be modified or revoked at any time.
7.1 Game Integrity. All games offered on the 123ph7 Platform use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology independently tested and verified under PAGCOR's licensing requirements. Published RTP (Return to Player) percentages are accurate and reflect the statistical long-term performance of each game title.
7.2 Technical Errors. In the event of a technical malfunction, system error, or software failure that causes an incorrect display of results, payouts, or game outcomes, 123ph7 reserves the right to void the affected round and return the staked amount to the Player's Wallet. We are not liable for paying out winnings resulting from a demonstrable technical error.
7.3 Game Rules. Each game available on the Platform is governed by its own specific rules, which are accessible within the game interface. Players are responsible for familiarizing themselves with these rules before wagering. Disputes about in-game outcomes are handled in accordance with Section 13 of these Terms.
7.4 Live Casino. Live casino games are streamed by third-party studio providers (including Evolution Gaming and Pragmatic Play Live). The rules governing each live table are administered by the dealer and studio, and are displayed within the game interface. Live game results are final once the round has been declared closed by the dealer.
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 123ph7 Platform. Engaging in any of the following may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and referral to relevant Philippine law enforcement authorities where applicable:
9.1 Platform Content. All content on the 123ph7 Platform — including but not limited to the website design, graphics, logos, text, game interfaces, and software — is the intellectual property of 123ph7 or its licensed third-party providers and is protected by applicable Philippine intellectual property laws and international copyright treaties.
9.2 Limited License. 123ph7 grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms & Conditions. This license does not include any right to sublicense, modify, adapt, translate, reverse-engineer, or create derivative works based on any Platform content.
9.3 Restrictions. You may not reproduce, distribute, publicly display, or commercially exploit any content from the 123ph7 Platform without our prior written consent. Any unauthorized use of Platform content may result in legal action.
Your privacy is important to 123ph7. The collection, use, storage, and processing of your personal data — including registration information, KYC documents, transaction records, and gameplay data — is governed by our Privacy Policy, available at 123ph7.vip/privacy-policy.
By accepting these Terms & Conditions, you also consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. 123ph7 processes personal data in compliance with applicable Philippine data protection laws, including the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173) and regulations issued by the National Privacy Commission.
PAGCOR-mandated reporting obligations may require 123ph7 to disclose certain account and transaction information to regulatory authorities. Such disclosures do not constitute a breach of our confidentiality obligations to you.
123ph7 is committed to the promotion of responsible gaming. We recognize that for a small proportion of players, gambling can become problematic. Our Responsible Gaming tools — available through account settings — include deposit limits, session time reminders, reality checks, cooling-off periods, and self-exclusion.
11.1 Self-Exclusion. Players may request voluntary self-exclusion from the 123ph7 Platform at any time by contacting our support team. Self-exclusion periods of thirty days, ninety days, six months, one year, or permanent exclusion are available. During a self-exclusion period, your account will be suspended and you will not receive marketing communications. Early reversal of self-exclusion is not permitted within the first thirty days.
11.2 Deposit Limits. Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits on their Accounts. Once set, these limits take effect immediately and can only be reduced without delay; increases to limits take effect after a twenty-four-hour cooling-off period.
12.1 Service Availability. 123ph7 does not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free access to the Platform. Scheduled maintenance, technical issues, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control may result in temporary service unavailability. We will make reasonable efforts to restore service promptly but accept no liability for losses arising from service interruptions.
12.2 Limitation. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, 123ph7's total liability to you for any claim arising from your use of the Platform shall not exceed the amount of Real Money Funds in your Wallet at the time the claim arises. 123ph7 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.
12.3 No Warranty. The Platform and all games are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without any warranty of any kind, express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by law. This does not affect your statutory rights under Philippine consumer protection legislation.
13.1 Initial Complaint. If you have a complaint about any aspect of your 123ph7 experience — including a disputed game outcome, a delayed withdrawal, or an account action — you must first contact our support team at [email protected] with a clear description of the issue, your account username, and any relevant transaction references. We aim to respond to all complaints within forty-eight hours.
13.2 Escalation. If you are not satisfied with the resolution provided by our support team, you may escalate the matter to our Compliance Department. Where the dispute involves a potential breach of PAGCOR's regulations, you may file a complaint directly with PAGCOR through their official channels.
13.3 Game Outcomes. All game outcomes are determined by certified RNG systems. 123ph7's determination of game results is final. Disputes regarding game outcomes will be reviewed using server-side logs and are not subject to negotiation.
123ph7 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered players via email notification to the address on file or via a prominent notice on the Platform. Where we are required by PAGCOR regulations to make immediate changes, we may do so without prior notice.
The date of the most recent revision is displayed at the top of this page. Your continued use of the Platform following any amendment constitutes your binding acceptance of the revised Terms & Conditions. If you do not accept an amendment, you must cease using the Platform and may close your Account.
These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, including but not limited to Republic Act No. 9487 (National Internal Revenue Code), Republic Act No. 10173 (Data Privacy Act), Republic Act No. 9160 (Anti-Money Laundering Act, as amended), and applicable PAGCOR regulations.
Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms & Conditions, or the breach, termination, or validity thereof, shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the appropriate courts of the Philippines. Both parties irrevocably submit to such jurisdiction.
